Can’t you please share more of your insights into it. Really, our neighbor groups who visit our website Sandersreview oftentimes would be happy. I'm still playing catch-up, but I'm hoping to get the aprons done today.nathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11957180811802476536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1681011305030001899.post-10113385602650846412010-03-14T12:31:55.545-05:002010-03-14T12:31:55.545-05:00Nice work Nathan. I'm making decent progress on my table today too, I have a feeling there is a pretty big group of us out there. Try to clean up those edges and cut the closest matching patch you can from scrap wood. You might even use a chisel to create a very slight taper on all 4 sides of the patch (with the original patch being slightly oversized. This way you can spread glue in the mortise and lightly hammer the patch in place. The wedge action will give you a nice tight fit. The glue joint that goes with the grain won't be so bad, but the cross-grain one will be quite visible. But if the joint is nice and tight, it wont be too bad. Sand/plane it down and see what you think. If you hate it, you can always take a mulligan. And you got some really valuable repair experience to boot.

Good luck!TheWoodWhispererhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05214863759446246762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1681011305030001899.post-87807032881123277612008-07-31T08:00:00.000-05:002008-07-31T08:00:00.000-05:00get back to work man, i'm tired of coming here and...get back to work man, i'm tired of coming here and reading excuses!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1681011305030001899.post-38659989273801376152008-01-11T11:05:00.000-06:002008-01-11T11:05:00.000-06:00For those of you that don't know what "Crysis" is....For those of you that don't know what "Crysis" is.
Crysisnayzerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12619721973150390097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1681011305030001899.post-61433547977885168352008-01-11T10:52:00.000-06:002008-01-11T10:52:00.000-06:00"Sinus Infection" otherwise known as Crysis."Sinus Infection" otherwise known as Crysis.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
